In case of returns for orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund amount will be credited to your Almas Hub Fashion Wallet.
The credited amount in your Almas Hub Fashion Wallet can be used for future purchases on our platform.
Special Notes:
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like worn or washed clothing, products with removed tags, and items marked as non-refundable cannot be returned.
Return Address Caution: Do not send the item back to the sender's address. Use the provided return label and instructions from our customer service.
